Notes 3rd place winners from state tournament awaits conclusion of the mini tournament. Winner of mini tournament challenges 3rd place winner in a best 2 of 3 wrestle off for the final spot on national team.

The winner of the mini-tournament in any weight class with the "OPEN" designation claims the final spot on the Cadet/Junior National Team.
Weight classes designated "OPEN" because:
a) Lack of participants at the state tournaments.
b) Regional qualifier placed 1st or 2nd at the state tournaments.
