Illinois residents only.
Wrestlers MUST have a current USA Wrestling Athlete Membership. Multiple registrations and double bracketing are not allowed. Wrestlers are allowed to wrestle in one age group and one weight class only. |

| Weigh-ins: |
Friday, May 2nd (All boys age groups only), Dekalb High School, 5:30 pm to 7 pm and Satellite Weigh-in Sites.
Wrestlers must be pre-registered to weigh-in at a satellite location on Friday. Saturday, May 3rd: Dekalb High School (There is no registration on Saturday for boys). 7:00 am to 7:30 am - Boys 14U, 12U, 10U, & 8U 11:30 am to 12:00 pm (Noon) - Boys USA Junior & 16U 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm - Girls USA Junior, 16U, 14U, 12U, 10U, & 8U (Girls can register for Sunday's competition.) Sunday, May 4th, Dekalb High School (There is no registration on Sunday for girls). 8:30 am to 9:00 am - Girls USA Junior, 16U, 14U, 12U, 10U, & 8U Notes: Wrestlers have two consecutive attempts to weigh-in. Boys - If weigh-in attempts are made on Friday, they do not get additional attempts Saturday. There is no weigh-in required for Sunday's competition. Girls - If weigh-in attempts are made on Saturday, they do not get additional attempts Sunday. Once your weigh-in is complete, you CANNOT change weight classes. Wrestlers MUST weigh-in wearing a competition singlet. Final weight class determination will occur when wrestlers step on a scale to weigh-in for the tournament. |

| Uniforms: |
Wrestlers are required to have one RED and one BLUE singlet. Predominantly RED and predominantly BLUE singlets are allowed, as well as singlets mimicking the UWW color scheme. If a singlet is mimicking the UWW color scheme, the following criteria must be met: 1) The dominant color of RED singlets shall be comprised of one of the following: white, orange, pink, red, yellow, brown, or gold. 2) The dominant color of BLUE singlets shall be comprised of one of the following: black, blue, green, grey, purple, or silver. 3) Two 7 cm bands, one on each leg, shall be positioned across the bottom edge of the leg. For clear distinction, the marking shall cover the circumference of the leg. 4) One 7 cm band positioned on the backside of the upper torso. The band shall be exclusively placed on the back half of the singlet (not visible on the front half). 5) The bands must remain untouched from any graphic, logo, or third-party identification. We will have a limited supply of singlets available for purchase at the tournament, $80 for a red and blue singlet set. CASH ONLY! |
| Coaching: |
All coaches are required to have an active 2024-25 USAW Wrestling Leader Membership.
All coaches are required to be NCEP certified (acceptable levels: copper, bronze, silver, or gold). All coaches will need to check-in at the head table and receive a coach's band. |
| Separation Criteria: |
USA Junior and 16U
1) Returning USA Junior or 16U Freestyle All-Americans (Fargo only). 2) 2024 Illinois USA Junior or 16U Freestyle National Team Members (Fargo only). 3) Team or club members. 14U, 12U, 10U, 8U 1) Team or club members. |

| Awards: | USA Junior, 16U, and all Girls age groups - Medals for 1st place through 3rd place. Boys 14U, 12U, 10U, 8U - Medals for 1st place through 4th place. |
| National Team Qualifying: | USA Junior - Top three (3) in each weight class qualify for the USA Junior Freestyle National Championships.
16U - Top three (3) in each weight class qualify for the 16U Freestyle National Championships. |
