| Eligibility: | Illinois residents only. Wrestlers MUST have a current USA Wrestling Athlete Membership. Wrestlers are allowed to wrestle in one age group and one weight class only. Multiple registrations and double bracketing are not allowed. |

| Weigh-ins: | Wrestlers will use the Main Entrance to the school to weigh-in on Friday. Friday, April 19, 2024, Oak Forest High School, 5:30 pm to 7 pm and Satellite Weigh-In Sites - All age groupsWrestlers will use the Fieldhouse Entrance (FH1) to weigh-in on Saturday. Saturday, April 20, 2024, Oak Forest High School (wrestlers must be pre-registered).7 am to 7:30 am - All age groups Note: Wrestlers have two consecutive attempts to weigh-in. If they attempt on Friday they CANNOT make additional attempts Saturday morning. Once your weigh-in is complete, you CANNOT change weight classes. Wrestlers MUST weigh-in wearing a competition singlet. Final weight class determination will occur when wrestlers step on a scale to weigh-in for the tournament. |

| Uniforms: | Predominantly RED and predominantly BLUE singlets are allowed, as well as singlets mimicking the UWW color scheme. If a singlet is mimicking the UWW color scheme, the following criteria must be met: 1) The dominant color of RED singlets shall be comprised of one of the following: white, orange, pink, red, yellow, brown, or gold. 2) The dominant color of BLUE singlets shall be comprised of one of the following: black, blue, green, grey, purple, or silver. 3) Two 7 cm bands, one on each leg, shall be positioned across the bottom edge of the leg. For clear distinction, the marking shall cover the circumference of the leg. 4) One 7 cm band positioned on the backside of the upper torso. The band shall be exclusively placed on the back half of the singlet (not visible on the front half). 5) The bands must remain untouched from any graphic, logo, or third-party identification. Our apparel vendor, Blue Chip Athletic, will have singlets available for purchase. |
| Coaching: | All coaches are required to have an active 2023-24 USAW Wrestling Leader Membership. All coaches are required to be NCEP certified (acceptable levels: copper, bronze, silver, or gold). All coaches will need to check-in at the head table and receive a coach's band. |
| Separation Criteria: | USA Junior and 16U 1) Returning USA Junior or 16U Greco-Roman All-Americans (Fargo only). 2) 2023 Illinois USA Junior or 16U Greco-Roman National Team Members (Fargo only). 3) Team or club members. 14U, 12U, 10U, 8U 1) Team or club members. |
| Format: | Vertical Pairing (double elimination tournament) USA Junior and 16U Weight classes with 5 or less wrestlers - one pool Weight classes with 6 or more wrestlers - two pools (A & B), winner of each pool wrestle for 1st place, second place finisher from each pool wrestle for 3rd place. 14U, 12U, 10U, 8U Weight classes with 5 or less wrestlers - one pool Weight classes with 6 or more wrestlers - two pools (A & B), winner of each pool wrestle for 1st place, second place finisher from each pool wrestle for 3rd place, 3rd place finisher from each pool wrestle for 5th place. Note: Duplicate bouts WILL NEVER occur in a vertically paired tournament. Results from the pool are always moved forward to the round robin. |
| Awards: | USA Junior and 16U - Medals for 1st place through 4th place. 14U, 12U, 10U, 8U - Medals for 1st place through 6th place. |
| National Team Qualifying: | USA Junior - Top three (3) in each weight class qualify for the USA Junior Greco-Roman National Championships. 16U - Top three (3) in each weight class qualify for the 16U Greco-Roman National Championships. |
